BDS
announce Trigold ETC integration
The
BDS Mortgage Group has announced that as of today (Monday
14 January 2008) all Trigold users are now able to send
cases electronically to BDS with data transferred and collated
in Trigold’s ‘Dashboard’ back office processing system.
To
celebrate this link BDS will also pay an additional 10%
proc fee incentive on all online applications received
within the months of January and February.
This
full integration with Trigold’s Electronic Trading Centre
(ETC) will allow brokers access to electronic application-in-principles
(AIPs) and full mortgage applications from Trigold’s Prospector
AAA mortgage sourcing system.
BDS will benefit from a direct process that is quick and easy with Trigold’s
innovative pre-population technology taking information input during the search
process, and transferring it into the AIP form. This speeds up the turnaround
time of the application and removes most of the opportunity for user error
with client details and can help with multiple applications.
Phil Jay, managing
director at BDS, commented:
“We have been working closely with Trigold for some time now and are delighted
to become one of the first packagers to be fully integrated with ETC. This
integration will allow brokers anywhere in the country to send BDS an electronic
application via Trigold and then minutes later see that application on their
own case tracking system. BDS will start to process the application immediately
which will speed up the time to offer and ensure product deadlines are more
achievable. In many cases this means it is even quicker and more efficient
than many lenders own systems.”
David Thompson,
sales director at Trigold, added:
“We
are excited by the integration between BDS and Trigold.
The ability to submit applications online when applying
for a number of lenders products is a major win that creates
a process which simply offers a quicker and easier way
to send applications. The total number of applications
being sent from Trigold users is on the increase and its
no surprise that such integrations are proving to be a
hit with brokers.”
