Trigold
acquires Dashboard Enterprises.
Trigold
today announced the acquisition of Dashboard, the leading supplier of
sales workflow systems for packagers, brokers, lenders and networks.
The combined business will offer a unified, end-to-end solution, which
manages the sale from the broker’s desktop through to application submission.
The system covers the complete client and product cycle from enquiry
through to case completion and commission reconciliation including workflow
management and CRM.
Trigold
is the leading provider of software to the intermediary mortgage market,
and its Prospector AAA is the sourcing system of choice for over 24,000
professional mortgage advisers. In addition, Trigold’s E-Trading Centre
[ETC] is the most widely used Mortgage Trading Platform with over 100
application forms available and online links to over 55 lenders.
Dashboard’s Joint Managing Directors, David Aylmer and David Jones, have signed
long term contracts to remain as the Joint Managing Directors of the Dashboard.
Trigold
CEO Bill Safran highlighted the acquisition as another step from Trigold
in support of the intermediary market. “Trigold has always recognised
the job that a sourcing and trading system should do in helping companies
bring their proposition to the market. Technology will continue to play
a crucial and growing role in the market and we’re delighted to be able
to broaden the products and services that Trigold can offer. The addition
of Dashboard means that we can provide existing and new clients with
a complete, end-to-end solution from one source. This is a major improvement
over the current market situation of cobbled together solutions from
multiple suppliers, linking together disjointed systems.
David
Aylmer joint managing director of Dashboard said: “We’re delighted to
now be a part of the leading sourcing and trading provider in the market.
Trigold already has very strong links with the numerous sectors of the
market for sourcing, trading and compliance. Dashboard is a business
process and customer management and retention system, which allow firms
to conduct business efficiently in a market where customer service is
key. The integration of Dashboard and Trigold will introduce a new level
of practicality and convenience to manage workflow and submit applications
to lenders.
Anna
Bennett, Head of Marketing at commercial mortgage lender InterBay said:
“InterBay works with both Trigold and Dashboard, and this acquisition
is great news which will be warmly welcomed by the market. Both firms
have demonstrated a real understanding of the practical benefits that
technology can bring and are keen to establish genuine partnerships.
It’s a credit to the sophistication of the systems that they are equally
at home in the office of a broker, lender, network or packager.”
Michael
Schaefer, Operations & IT Director at Chase De Vere Mortgage Management: “It's great news for the brokerage
industry as well as this appears to part of a trend towards combining
solutions for brokers into an integrated package. With the front and
back office systems now finally integrated it should help push forward
the next step, which is to transact with ALL lenders using common electronic
standards and a single user sign-on. Both Dashboard and Trigold were
already well placed to push this initiative forward and this merger
can only help to make it happen sooner - and that's good news for all
of us.
